Not sure how old you are but if over 40 you *probably* look better at 123 vs 115. I am only suggesting this because 115 was my 25 year old pre baby weight also and now that weight is too low for me. It doesn't look right and nearly impossible to maintain. Weight is different when you get older for some reason.
I am just under 5'2" (like 5 1.5) and used to weigh between 110-115. I looked great, but now, at 45 with two kids, I am at 120-123 and I honestly think its better. I already have a narrow face with high cheekbones, but when I was sick recently and dropped weight, I looked sunken and older. My goal is not to lose weight but to add some more muscle and firm up. Plus, I just can't be bothered to diet all the time. I try to eat right, all in moderation and enjoy some treats. I could exercise more, but all in all, I'm glad to be at an age where I dont care as much about the number on the scale.
