Woman of color here. As far as business classes go, I found the HR classes to be more interesting. When I was looking for work (in the Midwest) I mostly encountered white women that worked their way up from admin roles. I never got hired in HR and in my agency it is a good mix of different ethnic groups. I think locally there are more minorities in HR but that is not the case in every city.
This thread even suggests that many of you posters feel minorities aren't suited for technical roles.
