Depends upon where they are coming from...I know what I am talking about as my fil married a "mail order bride" and we had to sign financial support documents before she could immigrate. This is completely off topic but that is incorrect. A lot of women in mail order bride situations are essentially in human traffiking situations where they are being sold for profit.

I'm betting a lot of San Bernadino residents think otherwise. I'm sure there are a few that are all about the 'this won't change me' bluster, but many more have just seen the truth.
