You do understand that it's a very weird request to ask a stranger to get your prescription for you. I'd also say no. It's just too odd. It would be more common to ask him to keep an eye on your friendly dog while you step into the store for a minute. And what does the shape of his body have to do with it?!

No way! Is it a small dog? My local coffee shop lets me bring my little guy in (held) while I get to go coffee.

When I was a teen, I would have done this. Nowadays, no I would not. Between someone stealing it, reporting it, or the dog snapping or biting and me being sued, nope, not anymore. Sad.

Would you leave your purse outside a store. No. Why would you even think to leave your dog. You do know there are criminal everywhere looking for opportunities to take anything including dogs. We don't live in la la land.

Depends on the neighborhood, I do leave my dog outside in Bethesda on Bethesda Avenue if the line is short.
