Subject: Teens, is it fun? Are they rewarding?
Teens can be funny, sincere, helpful, lazy, obnoxious, moody, and crude -- in a 5 minute window.
The key think is they are trying to define there independence. If you give them some freedom, they are happy. You need to monitor it though, and you need to talk to them.
In my case, I would not trade my DD for anything...well maybe a quarter. (and she understands to to the rimshot -- she would have said ba-da-boom with that).
Now, she has not developed an interest in boys yet. That may change things. But, she knows no dating until she is 15/16.
