I think she is great too. The staff at Cooper is amazing, and if you have not read the Post article about the boy who literally died at field day and was saved by the staff, you should.
That being said, Rademacher was the walking definition of a red flag. Maybe because he was off in one of the modular classrooms, or not wanting to rock the boat with a fellow teacher, or some kind of weird professional courtesy, but I have to believe he must have given a decent number of the teachers and staff at Cooper the creeps. But no one did anything, at least not in a way that prevented anything from happening.
Can you name the other red flags? Tons of teachers are in modular classroom/trailers, I cannot see how that would be a red flag.

The schools are about a mile apart and do share some teachers, although it's not common. At back to school night German class, his replacement (a wonderful teacher) said she had been teaching elsewhere in FCPS (some sort of non-classroom program) and that she found out with a week's notice she'd be back in the classroom. Lots of parents looking at each kind of saying WTF? She basically said I've been thrown into this with no warning, but I've taught it before so we'll just make it work.
There was never any kind of communication to Cooper parents that I am aware of.
Seems like the German teacher made quickie exit, or else a parent was going to report him to the authorities for messing with his kid at scuba. This seems really awful, PP. I hope you and maybe other parents will share this stuff with the authorities.

+1
Bullis Mom has been super busy around here, repeating her tirades ad nauseum. Now she's moved onto smearing the Cooper community. I'm thinking Bullis Mom was behind the recent bomb threats. Her insanity knows no bounds.
