I saw it. It is one of those things that is so hard to explain. It was made by Melvin's messed up and narcissistic nephew, so it has this really raw and slightly strange vibe. While the entire documentary is riveting the last 15 minutes is unbelievable. Its on youtube.

Grizzly Man and everything else by Werner Herzog - he is brlliant.

Last days in Vietnam broke my heart and reminds me so much of what's going on in Syria right now.

Going to second "After Porn Ends" it was sad, fascinating and eye opening.

There is some nudity and a few brief "scenes", so be warned, but its mostly one on one interviews.

Randy West was the saddest. He seemed to have wanted relationships with some of his costars, he even spoke wistfully about missing out on marriage and children. It seemed like he sat around watching old movies he was in, sort of daydreaming about what the relationship could have been.

+1 Vice frequently brings me to tears. The prison one was very sad but well done. I also found the North Korea episode fascinating.

If you haven't seen Dear Zachary, spare yourself - it will fuck you up.

My newest favorite is Glitter Dust, about art and culture in Dubai. It's quirky and humanized the middle east more for me. Saw it on Indieflix, which is like netflix for indie movies. Highly recommend to see stuff you wouldn't otherwise get to watch.

Second The Overnighters - stay until the end for sure.

Happy Valley - its about the Penn State scandal and its very well done.

Also "The Overnighters" - about a Lutheran pastor trying to help the overwhelmed North Dakota homeless population.
