You and men your age are no longer sexually attractive. What's the point of being so shallow about weight and looks at your age? When are you going to become an interesting human being with something to offer besides being naturally skinny (which is no credit to you personally)?

Stop projecting. Lots of 45 year old people still look pretty damned good.

I am healthy. I exercise regularly. I have a daily dozen exercises I do every other day, like 3 sets at 12 to 20 reps each of basic calisthenics, like squats, lunges, push ups, sit ups, biceps curls, etc. I walk my dog about 4X a day. I kayak. I swim. I enjoy being active. I also like to enjoy a nice meal or appetizers out once or twice a week.
After my mid 20s, it just seems like people are so heavy. The best sex and relationship I ever had was with a man who was in the Honor Guard at Arlington Cemetery. He was fit and trim. It is challenging to say the least to find a man who is naturally thin.

Anonymous wrote:OP wonder if you would look more attractive if you gained some weight My wife is naturally skinny and works out some but she's not sweating or anything when she does. She weighs 135 at 5'8 and is 44. Her body and face look like a 32 year old. sometimes working out and too low weight make you look older than your age. the supermodel IMAN said her best tip for better aging was to gain some.

4 times a day to walk your dog? Do you work?
I walk my dog 4xs a day and work. Morning, noon, 5pm, and before bed.
I work primarily from home.
Maybe you come off as up tight and way to regimented...meaning by 45 you're stuck in your ways? That's what I'm getting from your posts

Our wallets get fatter too, and that's what you really care about.
