Agree, PP. To put the likes of NDI, Focal Point and Tradition in the same category as Great Jones is laughable. They are as "custom" as Home Depot allows.

Wait. This is not all the same builder throughout the Reserve? Do they build from the same plan choices or something? Within certain parameters? They are similar houses, starting at 2.8+.
There are a number of different builders at the Reserve. The thing they share in common is that the big houses use most of the lot.
