Great advice about finding the right bra! It is essential to invest a fair amount of money to get decent bras. Sports bras are not sufficient. With a good bra, she can have confidence that things are holding together.
Lane Bryant has great swim suits, and if you look online, you can find some that have great support but won't make her look like she's 30.
