My family had Grandma, Grandpa, and Grammy
DH's family had Granny, Grandpa, Grammie, and Pop-pop

For our son, both grandmothers have requested to be called "Grandma". My dad is Grandpa, and DH's dad is "Natty Bo" (Baltimore pride showing through).

My MIL insists on being called Nana because she thinks grandma makes her sound like an old lady (newsflash: you ARE an old lady), which I think is the stupidest sounding thing ever. Also, in my culture, that is what you call your grand FATHER, so it sounds even stupider to everyone in my family.
