GDS WL most everyone I believe. From experience I can say have your kid write them a letter if he/she really wants to go there. It does make a difference to them.

Wondering the same thing. We're still waiting. Ours could be an outright rejection. That will sting.

I think you're right - looks like the emails went only to acceptances and we don't have one my DD will be devastated, but such is life.
