If Hardy changes in that time it will be only incrementally and not enough for what should be its WOTP constituency. Meanwhile there is a faction in Hardy's existing, overwhelmingly EOTP community that likes things as they are and doesn't want major changes that may bring in a more demanding, picky and yes, whiter group of parents.
