Wet towels on the bathroom floor. This is NOT a hotel and I am not the maid. grrrrrr

- Drives like an old man - slow, brakes a lot, isn't as aggressive as I would like.

- Leaves his boxers, jeans, and shoes in a pile by the bed. Every morning.

- NEVER cleans out the percolator when the pot of coffee is finally emptied for the day.

- If he bites food and it gets on his face, he doesn't wipe it away immediately, he finishes chewing his food, then he wipes it away afterward.


And now the things, that I love:

- He dances with our 5 month old

- He always brings me a cup of coffee in the morning, and he makes it PERFECTLY

- He cuddles in bed with me to help me fall asleep

- He makes sure I always eat breakfast and will make a hot plate of eggs, bacon, bagel, etc. and make me eat it while I am running around getting myself and the baby ready

- He does the grocery shopping and surprises me 3 out of 5 nights with some great dinner that he is always finding from an online recipe (scallops, strip steaks, pasta dishes, egg rolls from scratch!)

So -- wonderful balances out crazy and I deal with it. It's amazing what feeding an annoyed wife really really good wine and food will do for a marriage...

#2 is related and because of his slowness, we are late to everything! Some times I want to tear my hair out and scream. The worst part is that if I do nag, he hurries up incredibly. I think he just likes being nagged. fml

Yes! Why does he take 3 times as long as me to do anything?! He even changes the baby's diaper more slowly! Not a big deal -- we just build in more time -- and he is wonderful (see, changing baby's diaper). It just puzzles me sometimes. A long shower for me is 20 minutes, and I have long hair. He doesn't, yet he can't get out of the shower in less than 30 unless I pound on the door ... and then he still has to shave!

Drives like a raging mad man, flipping people off and cussing.

get him an electric blanket for Xmas. my mom got my dad one last year and I think he's used it every evening since. wildly different body temps re: those two.

If his runs out and he uses yours, then you move that one to his soap holder and get a new bar. Done.

DH makes biting sounds and zombie noises like in WWZ to wake me up. Or as I'm falling asleep. And another 10-20x a day to creep me out. He's trying to teach our 8yo to do it also.
