Seconding Harry Potter, Gladiator (it's really good), Indiana Jones and Lawrence of Arabia. I even like the Star Wars prequel soundtracks. The score was basically the only good thing about those movies. I'd also consider the new Star Trek movies soundtracks.

Lawrence of Arabia, Glory, and Gettysburg.
But the one I just love and is in my car now is Moonstruck. Especially Musetta's Walz and the 2:57 rendition of Canzone Per Loretta
I play it in the mornings in the car…totally calms me down after the morning hell of getting the kids into the car
