Okay so, I'm taking DH to 2941 tomorrow night for our anniversary. I already made the reservations. Can anyone give me a heads up on any really good dishes? Also, do we have to dress up?

Yes, you need to dress up.
I would check out Yelp and Tripadvisor reviews for the particular dishes. There are reviews in the Post and Washingtonian, but I don't know how current they are.

I didn't read through all of the posts, did anyone mention Bistro L'Hermitage in Occoquan? We love the food, service and ambiance there.

Just a red flag to me that they are trolling for business... I think a special occasion place shouldn't fall into that category. JMHO though.

Oh my word! A special occasion place (business) trolling for business! The nerve! JMHO though.
BTW Went to Trummers last month and it was just lovely.
