He has always worn undershirts under dress shirts (and all shirts!) but you can still see some hair poke up (unless his dress shirt is buttoned to the top with a tie) and on hot days still sweats to his dress shirt. So maybe a lot of the men you are seeing are wearing undershirts, op! Don't hate on hairy guys who run to the overheated
