I'm the PP that does one haircut per year. My hair is stick straight and all one length (no layers) and grows very slowly. Thus no need to get it cut very often. A plus is my haircuts are very cheap, since they are only trimming a few inches off of all one length hair.

About $90/haircut every 5-6 months.
$90 (including tip) on waxing about 5x/year.
$40 (including tip) on pedicures at least once a month (my guilty pleasure).
Maybe $5-10/month on makeup. Plus another $5/month on things like face wash and cream.
About $15/month on expensive curly hair products.

Botox once a year - $300
V-beam laser treatment (for Rosacea-related redness) once a year - $250
Haricuts - $90 x 3 times a year = $270
Pedicures - $60 x 6 times a year = $360
Skin care - $50/yr
I also get fillers once every 4-5 years and did get laser hair removal on my lower legs and arms a while back, but that was a one-time expense.
So, if you don't count the infrequent procedures, that's a grand total of about $1200/yr, or $100/mo.

About 200 every 3 months on cut and highlights. 3 pedicures a summer. I do buy makeup but use sparingly so probably another 10 a month if you spread it out and probably 15 more on shampoo and lotions. I don't do manicures since no color ever stays on but I maintain my nails nicely. Oh and bikini waxing in the summer at $45 a pop once a month or more.

This is the PP...thanks for the kind words, but I think I manage to look normal after spending a small fortune on my crazy hair. Most people would say I still look pretty disheveled because of my chewed-off fingernails and boring clothes.

Not much for me. I have long hair and get it cut 2 or 3 times a year for about $30-45/cut. I don't do manis or pedis. Pluck or wax my own facial hair, shave my bikini line. I buy drugstore cosmetics a few times a year.
I'm approaching 50, but I have only a few stray grays that are barely visible, so I don't color my hair.
My only significant expense is that I get fillers twice a year, about $500-700 each time, so about $1200/year.
And, no, I don't look like crap. I'm an attractive, put-together woman.

+1 I think this is more like it in the upper end. I see a lot of subtle treatments where the woman "just looks great!"

My hormones went nuts after having children, and now I need laser hair removal on my face 4 times a year, $300 a pop.
Have you thought of trying threading for your eyebrows? so much cheaper and much easier on the sking.
I have, but can't find any place convenient to where I live. It really sucks with my hormones, I've had everything checked, I just have really dark hair, and now it seems to be on my face, chin, brows, etc.
Have you thought about using a better provider for the laser hair removal. I noticed the higher priced PS cost more but do the job without so many repeats. And the "cheaper ones" you go back and back and back.

Not being snarky but curious - what does the $200 a month for hair consist of? Do you cut and color it every month? Is this for a weave or something similar?
My hair turned gray early, and it grows very fast. Also is resistant (if I do it at home, it falls out -- 1" roots!). So the roots need to be touched up every 5 weeks. And the color every 2 months. Then there is shampoo, conditioner etc. On top of that make up, skin care products, teeth whitening strips-- it adds up. Pedi to start the summer. No I do not look especially wonderful -- pretty much like everyone else. But I am 45.
