No kidding. Good grief. What conditions would some of you prefer the immigrants be kept in? IME, kids that are provided with activities/schooling are less likely to get into trouble. And where can you even buy non-flat screen TVs these days?
For those that keep saying variations of "send them back immediately", that's not the way it works right now. These people need somewhere to stay until they are processed. If they had been turned loose or over to families you'd be complaining about that!

OP, seems to me that you lost the high ground when you made this post about illegal immigrants and their treatment.
If you want to be a positive advocate for the homeless populations, perhaps that should have been the focus of your OP. Something like "More fundng and resources needed to help the country's homeless." Instead, first you rant about a populations that is in dire need of resources. When you get called on it, you tried to shoehorn in the homeless. If you carely were advocating for the homeless, that should have been your lead IMO
As the old adage goes, "Instead of fighting against something that you do not believe in, fight for something that you do believe in. A subtle difference with a huge impact."

OP's post, and the subsequent posts by her and her buddies, claim that this facility is somehow "better" than what is offered to American citizens. I doubt that OP and her ilk actually have a detailed knowledge of what kind of support and programs are available to poor Americans to begin with, but if you watch the video, these "suites" are no Holiday Inn. They are basically clean prison cells that are painted in cheery colors. This seems like a minimum type of humane treatment to people who are being detained and have not committed a violent crime.
