I'm not sure of the point you are trying to make here. Israeli butchers and bakers put bar codes on their meat and bakery products. If you are looking for a cause of human suffering then one start would be to study the history of Hamas.

You realize that's because the soldiers are being killed in combat, while the rockets that hamas is firing indiscriminately in to Israel are being shot down by Iron Dome. I seem to recall a highschool classmate of mine who was blown up on a beach in Tel Aviv by a terrorist bomb - while her fried went to get ice cream. Do you really, truly believe that hamas isn't targeting civilians? they're just not very good at it. you're obviously entitled to your opinions, and clearly this is your own personal soapbox, but think carefully about the ripple effect of the things that you are saying. I don't agree with a lot of what Israel does, and i think the settlements are an absolute disgrace, but try walking a mile in someone else's shoes before you cast stones.

I listed a lot of bad things that Israel has caused and continues to do. So I'm not sure what you mean. We are in agreement as far as I can tell. I don't have a problem with Israel existing at all. But I have a big problem with a religion-based government that has extends different rights to people based on their religion. It's not OK for a Muslim country to do. It's not OK for a Jewish country to do. And the violence, of course, is indefensible.

A few days ago, a mere few hours after AIPAC demanded that the FAA back down and let the planes fly, it did. The lobby demanded that the planes fly, unleashing its wholly owned politicians to denounce the FAA and the administration and, just like that, the ban was lifted. This was perhaps the greatest show of AIPAC power ever. It successfully overturned a U.S. government order.
