Just go read a LITTLE about the conflict and how it started. The UN Resolution 181 gave two states: one Arab and one Jewish. The Arabs couldn't stand the idea of the Jews having their own country and decided collectively to attack the new country. They asked the Arabs to leave so they could get the job done and then they could come back. Didn't work out too well for them though.

"New Israel" ? I know you didn't mean it to be insulting, but think of it this way: Why don't we just send all of the (insert Native American tribe name here) to Africa? They have a lot of land and I'm sure they would be happy there. No, thanks, Jews have been in the region for over 4000 years and I really don't see why anyone should accede to the whims of anti-semitic terrorists

A couple of points.
Israel is not strong, it is heavily aided by the US.
Israel can not fully defend herself without the US.
Palestinians were not the enemy, Israelis made them into the enemy. The real enemy was Germany and Israel CAN NOT FIGHT GERMANY (in all ways).
Israel is projecting anger onto the Palestinians, and that makes Israel feel strong.
Even if Israel looks at other past enemies like Russia, Poland, Romania, Austria, France, England... she could not fight them.


The Palestinians have made themselves into the enemy.


Hmm, lets see, the Germans slaughter 6 million innocent Jews and yet some Jews almost think romantically of the wonderful years in Berlin.
Palestinians want their land that Jews took from them, and they are the enemy.


Such a line of thinking is astounding to me.

It's like the kid who was bullied and abused by their dad, then bullies and abuses the little kid in their class, because they need to feel powerful and strong.

The irony of listening to Americans lecture others about taking over someone's land is priceless. Do you even know your own history?

As for the rest of this: There have been Jews living in Judea and Samaria for centuries. The reason why there were fewer of them in Israel rather than other parts of the world has to do with how many times Israel has been conquered and the dispersal of people every time. The last ones to conquer were the Arabs (yes, the Arabs are not from the area they came from someplace else).

So there's a couple that quarrels all the time. The woman regularly nags the man and says how much better she'd be without him. In a rage, he kills the woman and all her children. At his trial he says all he'd wanted to do was to get her to stop nagging, but it's ultimately all the woman's fault and her children should have picked a better mother.

Amazingly, the jury is not moved and he gets the death penalty. So too should the state of Israel. States that murder innocent children on beaches and rooftops forfeit their right to international recognition. Arrange for the relocation of the Israelis but dismantle the Israeli state and send Netanyahu to the Hague to stand trial for war crimes. Anything less will completely make a mockery of the international justice system.



Nagging? So you equate the launching of thousands of deadly missiles to nagging? Unreal.

The global protests indicate that the only message the world wants to send right now is to Israel: stop killing innocent Palestinians who have done nothing wrong and have nowhere to go.

Great solution. We can ask other countries in Europe to also offer similar citizenship options. Palestinians are all from the Arab ethnic group - but Israel is comprised of Jews from every nation.

I know quite a few 3rd generation israeli's (grandparents moved from central europe to israel) and I have asked if they wished their GP's had emigrated to the US instead of israel - all of them say they wish their GP's moved to the US instead.

IMO the world would be a better place if we had opened up our doors en masse a la we do for cubans and let the jewish people come here as a whole and let them settle in the less populous mountain states like mormons have their defacto state in utah.

If all of israel's population was in the US we would be a richer and better off country and solve middle east peace by letting the jackals sink into the sands of the levant all by themselves.

It is unfortunate that the likes of coolidge were virulently anti-jewish immigration.

What a bad example, these newcomers did so based on the decimation of the native people already here. From 1492 onward. Give Isreal enough centuries and they will wipe out all the natives too and be able to whitewash their history with the same lame BS.
