I know - not truthful but I thought it would bring us closer and in fact we really have gotten closer. Anyway, I can't now say it was just a fling or a one nighter or whatever without making it obvious that I wasn't truthful before.

It's great that some of you support me, butt was a huge mistake that never should have happened. No, I'm not doing it to every guy or anything but Ted would freak I think if he found out. It's just that if it comes from me it may be better than if he hears about it from somebody else.


I would count on him hearing it sooner or later. You did it pretty publicly and it's the kind of thing that guys gossip about. He's going to hear it. He should hear it from you.I would tell him. ASAP. If he freaks now, you can both cut your losses now and walk away. If he hears it later and freaks, you'll both be much further into this relationship and it will be that much more painful.

Sounds like the antics of the crowd my cousin used to run with. They were very pretty girls who would often get invited to VIP suites, after game parties with professional atheletes, etc. Then they would drink and do stupid shit like this under the guise of oops I got a little drunk.

wow, why is everyone projecting on OP's BF - we have zero idea of who he is - whether he's cool with a woman's past or not.

all we know is that OP has a serious hang up regarding her own behavior.

OP - so you whored it up one night, big deal. If you are ashamed of your own past then deal with it. but the issue so far has nothing to do with your BF but has everything to do with YOU.

and FWIW, guys absolutely share these types of stories with each other - but the details of the women involved (apart from "she was hot, had huge tits, etc.) are fuzzy at best and often times embellished.

I hope you do not drink a lot around Ted. You probably would not have done this if you had not been drinking. If you still drink a lot socially and Ted finds out about the night in question then he will not think you have changed. Stop drinking, it leads to bad decisions and regrets.

I really don't think it came up and I think you're being paranoid. If Ted is acting differently this week it 'so probably because he's reacting to whatever vibes you're putting out there with your worry. Regardless, don't say anything! It's irrelevant - you didn't date the guy or anything. If he doesn't already know, and you "fess up", then you'll be opening up a can of worms unnecessarily.
