She is 100% wrong!!!! She should have given you the 500.00 with a great big thank you and a little parting gift to thank you for stretching her beer budget to a champagne one!!

She made out quite well it sounds. Getting to stay in a top hotel for a fraction of what it cost. I cannot believe she had the nerve to dispute it. Money does weird things to people like that.

Say what you have to say but know she may not budge and people that are really tight sometimes have a really hard time admitting they are wrong even at the sake of losing important relationships. Hope that doesn't happen.

I am on your side. I think she is pretty shady. However, I eouldn't make a big deal out of it. I would just move on and make a note never to bein that situation with her again.
