Megan (maybe), Meredith, Mallory, Teagan, Fiona, Adina

Love these. We have twins also: completely different names, not rhyming or anything.
Consider also rhythm with last name.

Given a Jesse and a Tamsen, I like Mallory for the girl twin. Dunno, it just sounds right. And Micah or Caleb for the boy.

I've never heard Tamsen/Tamsin before, but I like it. (Haven't read Return of the Native.)
I don't have suggestions off the top of my head but just wanted to wish you luck in your quest, OP. I love, love, love DC1's name-- decided on it early and immediately-- and never did come up with something equally "sure" and beloved for DC2. She's 3 now, and I still have second thoughts. . .
