I did not exercise much during pregnancy and pre-pregnancy, worked hard to maintain 140s. Weight has always been a struggle for me. Before baby, I walked all over the place and knew I had to stick to under 1500 calories (I'm 5'2). So now, I'm around 180 which is awful. I've gotten food under control but don't consistently exercise. Any hope for me? Any tips? I've lost 16 pounds in these 21 months but that is such a slow rate of loss.
PP here: Jogging stroller? Gym with daycare? Even walks with your DS would probably feel good. 16 pounds is a great start--it's not easy to lose the weight. How is your son sleeping? I get up early to work out before my kids are up (we have an elliptical in the basement), and also take the kids running in the double jogger. Anything to keep moving!
I definitely need to make exercise more of a priority. Unfortunately DS wakes up at 5 or 5:30 and that has been really tough on me but now that the weather is better we need to head out of the house and walk or at least do so on the weekends.

This is my problem. Three pregnancies including a twin one. I am 5'8" and 138 lbs so look fairly decent in clothes. However underneath my stomach is bad. Sigh.
