Would consider it but would have to have a lot of other amenities we are looking for, to settle for no garage. I.E. it would have to be much closer in, etc etc. We used to live in DC (DH) and Arlington (me) so we have done the car-less lifestyle so that's why maybe I don't consider it an absolute non-starter. We were not married then and did not have kids then, though. So I'd consider it, but, like I said, it would have to have more "goodies" thrown in there to whet our interest.
We currently have a one-car garage, which is funny, b/c I know a lot of people would not consider less than a two-car! On another thread here some time ago, I posted about how we make it work, and lots of people were posting, "That is so inconvenient! I could never do it!" so I realize you get used to what you get used to.
