We have a car line so everybody are wearing pj's and slippers. Maybe no OK but it's the reality here.

If I saw someone doing it, I would think, "hmm, that's a little odd," and then move on.

LoL what about pj bottoms? Would that bother you too? I would not wear slippers outside of the house. If someone else wants to do it that's their choice.

I wouldn't do it, but I don't pay that much attention to other parents during drop off.

Slippers are for wearing in the house and not tracking dirt and germs on the carpets. Shoes are wearing for outside of the house. Wearing slippers outside defeats the purpose.

I wouldn't JUDGE, but I'd also probably think, how hard is it to slip on a pair of sneakers?

It depends. If the heels were not being smooshed down and they were being worn with normal clothes, I might not even notice. But heels smooshed down looks very sloppy and I would notice. I don't expect people to be dressed up to drop off their kids, but I don't see why it's so hard to put on a pair of shoes.

Personally I'm more offended by the spelling mistake in your topic heading.
