This money would buy a wonderful estate in a fabulous neighborhood. I doubt buyers in this price range are looking anywhere near this zip code.
I agree it's way overpriced, but Manor area is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Mo Co. We're not talking cookie cutter McMansions. large lots, older homes, major updates
I think it's a "nice neighborhood" but not "one of the nicest" -- not even close.
+1...it is a fine area, and the quality of houses and lots is probably better than anything within a few miles. I imagine it is what a lot of Olney will look like in 20 years when the trees grow in. But the lots are at most 0.50 acres (which is large but not out of this world for this area) and the homes are for the most part 1950/60 vintage. I will agree some of the classiest landscaping in the metro area.
Have you driven around Manor? not Flower Valley - Manor
They have homes that are similar to those in Ch Ch but with more land.
Manor, people - gorgeous enclave
We live in Ashton - close to Olney. no comparison
Where do you people come from? no clue, no sense of taste
