The "Meerenese Knot" is not just a pleasure Pod experienced in a brothel last season...it's also a metaphor for the torture GRRM puts his audience through with Dany's story.

The problem is that GOT on screen didn't show the steam love scene between she and Daario. In the book there is an exciting build up of their attraction that hasn't been recreated in the screen version. I thought it was wierd that GOT shied away from showing it. The show is soft porn anyway. Maybe this is how they are trying to build the excitement among viewers.

Emilia Clarke doesn't do naked anymore.

The grown boy, Robin still nurses from his mother. How old is he--seven? He'll be the next LF throws down the moon hole, or whatever it's called.

I think more like 11.

BTW, I never found LF hot until that moment.

+1

He was always too weasely before that. Love the overt force.

Jaime matures and changes just like any character and any person. But I don't think one can or should soft pedal his throwing Bran (a small child) off the tower. It was a despicable act and can't be excused as "protecting his family."

NP here, and in reading the books I think you find Jamie a lot more sympathetic around this point in the story (where the show is now..) The rape scene was not a rape scene but consensual in the book for one, and even though he pushes Bran in the beginning- you start to feel that Jamie has done everything in his life till this point- all for Cersei and his love for her (however inappropriate) and now he is beginning to realize she doesn't do the same for him...

Jaime becomes more like Brienne during their journey south as Arya becomes more like the Hound during their journey north. It's an interesting parallel in the books that was omitted b/c they weren't simultaneous on the show.
