Don't you feel hungry before dinner?
No because I eat several small meals. For example, today I had plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup homemade granola around 7, a clementine around 10, kind bar and water at 12:30, some almonds and half an apple around 3:30 and for dinner at 7 I had salad and a small steak. I don't feel well if I eat a lot at one time, I feel better when I space it out.
Exhibit 1, eating disorder. Those are snacks, not small meals, except perhaps the dinner depending on its size. But if the steak was clementine sized, it was a snack too.
+1. That's like 800 calories. Unless you are an
oompa loompa, that [u]is not nearly enough.
I don't know why, but this really cracked me up.
I normally do leftovers to save money and calories. At least half of the things I make create leftovers.
I freeze extra soup and chili in single serving containers to grab when we don't have leftovers.
When I feel energetic enough, and there are no leftovers, I might make a salad (or make a salad and use cold chicken from the night before).
I find packing lunch to take up far less time than going out. With leftovers, I just pack my lunch as I clean up dinner.
