Thanks for this! I made it for dinner last night and added tofu. Delish!

I was just about to post that! I love it so much.

So glad to read this. I bought the 5 pounds (!) of turkey today before reading these posts and wondered if it would be worth it.

This is my favorite, too! I bring this to cookouts/potlucks all the time and people always ask for the recipe. I love almost all Ina recipes. Also like the pesto pasta salad, the tabbouleh, the lemon yogurt cake.

She also has a cold shrimp salad that is delish and perfect for a summer brunch or dinner.

Just made the lemon chicken tonight for the first time. So delicious! The chicken was tender and juicy with the right amount of lemon flavor. Definitely a winner!

Love the chicken stew with biscuits- also kind of labor intensive but a favorite in our house for cold weather comfort food.

PP again - totally agree with the turkey lasagna recipe, too. People rave about that whenever I commit to making it (it's kind of labor intensive).

I've also gotten rave reviews for her Curry Chicken Salad.

We also love the curry chicken salad.

Her Asian Grilled Salmon is hands-down the best salmon we've ever had and so easy to make. We make it once or twice a month.
