I am the GF of a man with kids. His custody agreement said no overnight guests. We started our relationship long distance and when I moved to his city, I met his ex wife and she was okay with me being there overnight with the kids. It was the first time he had ever asked her about changing it. Fast forward a year and I'm still there every night that the kids are, we do all the normal family things, I sometimes pick them up from their moms if BF has to work late. The kids have never walked in on us or seen me naked or anything. It's really not that hard to prevent.

My kid has no daddy. She never has. She wouldn't recognize him if he walked up to her on the street (he wouldn't recognize her either). I've had boyfriends in her lifetime. Sometimes, I go out with him and she has a babysitter. Most times she is sleeping before we get home. So whether we have sex or not, she has no idea. The boyfriend leaves before she gets up in the morning. It's really no big deal.

I don't leaving the door unlocked was good. However, I think there are things far more serious a parent can do to fuck up than have a guy over. Even in a non serious relationship. Getting a child to let's say get attached to the boyfriend who might not be sticking around is more damaging than having an occasional sleepover.

Not married - NO SEX with kids at the home

Simple moral behavior.

Not everyone thinks its immoral to have sex outside of marriage. For a parent with full custody, your advice is impractical. Men have sex during their every other weekend visitation and everyone moves on.
