No matter how old you are, classically styled well made boots will always look good no matter how old you are. Been a designer for the past thirty years.....if you dress old, you will look old. If you dress in timeless classics, you will rock it however old you are. Age is just a number! Xx

I posted the Annas, and I wear them with skinnies. Are you sure you can't wear skinnies? I thought I couldn't, too, but then I tried some on a few years ago and never looked back. Hard for me to see them with straight jeans, but you could go to the Frye store in Gtown and try.

+1 I'm 60+ and would wear them with jeans and a jacket. Not trying to look 40 but don't think I'm too old for this look either. FWIW, I don't tuck my jeans inside the boots!

Agreed. It's kind of low-heel, no-sex-appeal look. So, why even ask if it's age appropriate? I would only caution that Frye does not come in wide sizes. If you have wide feet, it will hurt no matter how much it is "broken in".
