How is that his fault, that employees failed to follow SOP. Do you blame Lanier for the police officers who ran a prostitution ring. Was Graham responsible for his aide accepting bribes?
I thought the problem with Graham was not that the aide took a bribe, but that he brought the bribe offer to Graham, and that although Graham did not take the bribe, he did not fire the aide or turn him in.
Is anyone surprised by rampant corruption in D.C. Politics? No one gets near the top in DC without cheating. Only a matter of time until Grey is indicted for stealing the election.

- Kaya Henderson - kept Rhee methods but better (still needs improvement though)

-Streetcar is coming
-bkeshare expanded
-Sustainable DC
I could go on, but the "I am not him" won't do it in this election and none of the candidates provide an alternative to the status quo.
Catania as a gay white male won't be electable in November either.
Would you keep the fire Cheif? He's been in the news far too many times for me to support a candidate who will keep him on board.

I'm not the poster you are speaking to however, the Fire Cheif does not disciple or take accountability for his department.

FWIW, while I dislike what Thomas did, I feel for Brown, whom I think was trying to create an upper middlle class lifestyle for his family and lacked the means to do so.
