Our kale chips don't last long enough to make it to the table. Seriously, I have to hide it from the kids until mealtime, otherwise they descend on the plate and it them immediately.

OP, did you wind up making the kale chips?


Not the OP, but I made kale chips over the weekend and - Big Hit. The kids loved them!! Such an inexpensive, healthy snack and a veggie to boot.

Saulte with butter and garlic. Serve with salad, like those deli's that you weigh the food.
