Subject: How can I pay for private
Check out Karasik Childcare. It is part of the Arc of Montgomery County just off of University between Georgia and 4 Corners. It has a PEP program in the building (Building Bridges). If your DS does not qualify for an IEP, he can be taken as a typical peer and be helped in the small group. It is preschool and summer camp.

Montgomery County has the Preschool Education Program for children with disabilities. However: MCPS is moving towards serving children in their daycare settings or private preschools, and away from having self-contained preschool classes for kids with disabilities.
First step is to get child assessed by Child Find,if you haven't already, to see if he qualifies for services. If he does, check out the PEP programs (there are a lot of different models in MCPS). If he doesn't qualify, consider a cooperative nursery school and look into the Ivymount Outreach program (under the same roof as Maddux) to see if they will do consultation with the program to help your child get a good start. Good luck.

It has to be whole life or universal life - not term - if you are going to take a loan.
also, most 401ks don't require you to prove the hardship if you take a loan but keep in mind that if you leave the job you have to pay it back within 60-90 days or you will pay a penalty.

NP. I was a desperate parent (fortunately one with grandparents to help out.)
To be clear, some of our children--even really really bright ones--will not make it to college (so the college fund would go unused to spell it out) without early interventions, including private SN schools in the early years.

Maybe you should move to DC and send your kid to Bridges next year for PreK 4. They are wonderful with special needs.
