That statement is insane. Especially in this area, full of people with PhDs, MDs, and other advanced degrees that only end in their 30s. For a lot of people, it's only one you pass 30 that you end school and start earning money to start a married life.

Yeah, if shes hot she can date single younger guys short term. They will gladly fuck her. If she wants a LTR then of course not. Unless the guy is pathetic with no age-appropriate options.

My friends with good men found them in their early 20s.

My friends with bad men (abusers, alcoholics, womanizer) found them in their 30s-40s.

If a MAN (not true for women) is a good catch and serious about love, family, etc they won't be single in their 30s.

Actually, since men get married, on average, two years later than women, it's single women in their 30's that have more "wrong" with them...especially since a man needs to develop a good career (which may take many years) to raise a family in this area.

WTF?? The average age of marriage for professional men in this area is early to mid 30s. MOST men enter their 30's unmarried here.

that is VERY debatable. Women tend to have more unrealistic expectations and are usually stuck on dreams and ideals rather than understand what REAL life offers in terms of matches.

Some women prefer looks over money. Some men prefer older women. They are not the norm, but they exist. Maybe OP's sister is one of those women. Men who prefer older women usually are open to women with kids. Look at Usher. His ex wife was older, divorced mom with 3 kids when they married, he had none (and he's handsome, nice body, rich, plenty of admirers). His previous ex was Chilli from TLC who was also older, divorced with a kid.
