I have to agree here. Vail? Park City, UT? Lake Tahoe? If the hospital isn't within 2 hours there are on site helicopters waiting. Seriously.

She's a very nice 70 year old woman who has some training in things like administering meds for kids, doing vision and hearing screenings and taking temperatures. I'm sure she has also been trained to recognize asthma attacks.
She also likes to spend her day email blasting the entire staff with photos of cute kittens.
