I agree with the PPs who said to use greek yogurt that is NOT fat free. Fage Total hardly tastes acidic at all, so you will need much less sweetener. I would use some of my homemade low-sugar jam, or eat it with some granola. I also use it in smoothies (frozen berries, greek yogurt, milk, and a banana for sweetness, sometimes ground flaxseed for fiber and omega 3s).

Add Splenda, flax seed, and cocoa via powder or blueberries.

I like to mix in some cinnamon and a cut up banana. Sometimes some toasted almond slivers.
I took me awhile to switch from the added fruit to the plain. First I switched from fruit to vanilla or honey. The almonds helped a lot when I switched from vanilla to plain...not sure why, but I couldn't eat it without them for a couple of months.

Fage brand tastes the best. It's delicious plain. If you mix in some grapes it'll be very sweet.
