What you should have done is to complain to the restaurant manager. They could have thrown him out if he was being a disruption on private property. But they couldn't have made him delete his video.

Sometimes they can't see what I see in that situation, but you have to know my sense of humor to get it. I've never taken video, but pictures yes.
I would never come kill you in your sleep. And just because I take your picture doesn't mean I magically know your name or where you live.
Antisocial behavior makes people feel uncomfortable, PP. Responding by comically reassuring us that you'd never "come kill" us in our sleep doesn't make your behavior less antisocial. That makes it more antisocial.
To give you a little perspective, here's a somewhat similar example of antisocial behavior: I recently sat in a D.C. restaurant next to two people laughing about how one of them regularly took photos of people when they're asleep on a plane. "Funny" photos, according to him, so you know that the targets would probably be unhappy about the next step in his process: he'd post the photos to a website for the amusement of other site users.
But a commercial airplane is public. You should have no expectation of privacy when you're in public.

They said they were glad I called. I didn't ask why they waited 5 days to call back. To the grammar police on DCURBANMOM I apologize for the mistake in the title. Gee. I was typing quickly on phone.
Oh, please, that was NOT a typo!!
Suck it
OP here-If you are going to make fun of other people's grammar, then yours should be perfect or get off your high horse. You are both a loser and a creep.
Several different posters have commented on your little grammar problem, OP.
Work on it.
