Yes, he is most certainly molesting his own child. However, he is doing a very good job at covering his tracks. People who molest others eventually get sloppy after a while OP and sooner or later he will.
The fact that he is accusing you of doing it without any type of reason is a HUGE red flag that he is abusing his kid. Document times/days he accuses you and call CPS.
