I really don't know what to think about this company. I got my test through doggy loot. I never got a confirmation email(10/8), but two days after I /emailed the company I got reply that they had a system error and were working on the problem. Two days after that they did send me a confirmation email. Just tonight I got my dog's results. He is allergic to 73 things! What!? The only protein he is good with is turkey and duck is in the neutral side. Now this where I am confused. He is allergic to salmon, but yet can have salmon oil. Ummm...how is that possible. So I don't know what to think. If my dog is actually allergic to over 70 things and all the most common proteins....I just don't know.

So overall the company got back to me in okay time, but the results I got I just don't know if I should believe.

I ordered from this company August the 7th. I was going to have them test my cat Shard since he has always had tummy troubles.

While waiting the month or so to even get the test, my other cat was diagnosed with having inflammed bowels, and I thought it was more important to do the test for him. I also ordered parasite testing.

In regards to how long it took for them to get me a test - the first month they said they were just sooo backed up by the living social deal. Then they said they sent it to me, but opps, it's made of thin polyfilm, so it must have gotten damaged in it's way to me. So they sent me another, which arrived just fine.

I promptly sent it back to them, and waited a few weeks without reply. I sent an email inquring and they say - oh hey sorry, we were a bit confused, you said Shard the Cat on one page, and Ash the Cat on another page, so we weren't sure who to process it for!

Like....as if the name of my CAT affected the ONE test that I ordered?

So I explained the situation, and they assured me they would promptly process it. Not mentioning why they didn't call or email me on the matter immediately of course....

They say if I haven't heard from them in a week, please contact.

Several weeks go by, due to real life issues...and I email them again realizing it had once again been quite some time.

This time they email me, the same girl who had replied to my emails before asking if it was Shard or Ash...and says, gosh golly gee, we haven't gotten any test samples from you yet? It must be because of the polyfilm! I'm sending you another kit, and we'll get it processed just as soon as you get it back to us....

So. I do not know if the results are a scam or not. They did kindly send me a coupon (insert sarcasm here) for 10% off their allergy free pet food to make up for the delay~! Too bad I still dont know what my cat could be allergic too. I am starting to feel like I've been scammed just by virtue of a total lack of results and the fact that heck, you cant even call these people if you have a problem. Sometimes they dont even answer your emails for a week! Terrible, terrible company.

Buyer Beware is all I can say.

I just posted, but I wanted to add that we had the parasites and molds & fungus tests added to one of our dogs (the one who was more itchy) and it came back with several under the red (bad) column...so I'm waiting to hear if that means she has those, had them previously, or should just avoid them.

I ordered two - one for each dog in my family. We had a good experience...we had to wait because they were overwhelmed with orders, but they emailed us to let us know that. Also, I received both kits within a couple days of each other (as they were ordered separately) and I have received the results from both of them. I am currently waiting to hear from the support team because we have some questions about the results. However, I am very happy with the service we've received so far and I really hope this helps my itchy dog.

Wanted to share a positive story about my dog. I tried so many allergy tests on my pet and was running out of money and hope. A friend texted me a link to the ImmuneIQ test and it is different,..it made the test results crystal clear to me. I finally have a plan of action that is clear. If you’re struggling with your pet’s allergies, it may be a good direction for you.

I just got back my dog's results -she's allergic to about 40 things. Only allergic to one protein source, thank goodness, which is fish meal, which I already suspected. I will be using these results to tailor her diet and see if it helps with her severe itching.

We really want to help our dog with his allergy and we are desperately want to find out what is the cause of it. When we read about Immuneiq Test we immediately try it. We are very thankful for giving the result. Their care and support is greatly appreciated.Maybe not all of us had bad experience to it.....

Received my results, and am extremely skeptical! Would anyone be willing to post their results? I have a feeling this is a generated list, not actual allergens. Food coloring? really? and explain to me the neutral column. If it is a safe food, wouldnt it just be in the first coulmn? I do not know what to think about these results at all. How do others feel?

I tried Immuneiq test and they found the same allergens that my veterinarian found before. I am looking forward again using it with my new Dog we just rescued that has ear problems.

We had Abby Immuneiq tested. They test for lots of environmental allergies: grasses, weeds, trees, fungi, epidermals, dust, foods, indoor (wool, cotton, etc), insects, fleas, and Etc! So, yes they DO test for foods by hair and Saliva. Immuneiq is really nice allergy test for pets and you can do them from home.

Please see the attached results" guess what, no attachment. No results. I am beyond fed up with the poor customer service. I dont reccomend to anyone based in the experience ive had

Our lab Barley has severe allergies. We actually brought her to a vet specializing in allergies and this did not do much.It is horrible when they have allergies she has such dry flaky skin and hardly no fur left. Then, my friend told me to try Immuneiq allergy test for pets.I tried it and I am right to follow my friend’s suggestion. Now I know what allergies he has, and what foods will and will not give to him.Thanks to Immuneiq folks for being so helpful.

I finally got the results and like most people say, my cat was "allergic" to almost everything. Seriously, the only meat that is safe is turkey. I have put him on a homemade diet with only the safe ingredience. My cat still has diarreah (his biggest issue). My vet says that this test holds zero validity. There is no way to tell by saliva and hair and even with blood it is only possible to tell if it is a true allergy and not a sensitivity. I would like her to be wrong, but haven't seen any studies or posts to prove otherwise...Anyone sure these results are accurate?

I had great experienced with this Immuneiq test.I just ordered the allergy test called Immuneiq (immuneiq.com) and discovered a severe allergy to kelp which was in my dog’s supplement. We removed the kelp from his diet and notice that his allergy issue stopped. Immuneiq test was a great helps us and affordable too.

I just got my results back and yes it did take take long I ordered it on 8/14 around there, they however sent me an email saying it would come late at the beginning of sept, which was reassuring. I finally got it about a week and a Half ago and I just got the results. I would say it seems really accurate. I have taken my dog to the vet several times and nothing would work for her skin problems. They made me change her food $$ and everything and with this test it allowed me to see what she might actually be allergic to, finally! I will be def. changing her diet. It also informed me that my poor pup has staph, which my own vet couldn't tell, even with all of the hair testing and skin scrapings, just a shame. But I'm really satisfied with the results.
