Why is this house ridiculous according to DCUMers but a decrepit rowhouse in SE can go for almost $2 million?


I've been to Cuba. There is nothing even remotely like this in Cuba. When they wanted something to remind them of home, did they mean Miami?

Actually the owner grew up in Catonsville.
