Overeating and sitting on your fat butt all day increase the risk of being overweight and developing diabetes. I could eat a box of Poptarts a day and not gain a pound because of the intensity of my exercise program.

your calories out > your calories in isn't the point, PP. Childhood eating habits shape adult eating habits. And while one pop tart doesn't a diabetic make, it's still sugary junk anyway you slice it. There are better snack alternatives out there (especially for 200 bucks/yr).
