That there was a terrorist attack on the anniversary of 9/11/2012 that the President and his Administration did not prepare for, and tried to cover up after the fact so they would not harm the election. That's at the very least.

Here is the flaw in your analysis: How many people on September 12 were thinking this to themselves?

The attack on Benghazi was a non-factor in the campaign. Romney was so desperate at that point that he stayed up past midnight on Sept. 11 to condemn Obama for siding with the enemy and made one of his biggest blunders of the campaign.
