The problem with the Duggars is that they are cheating the system. They declare their home as a church so they don't have to pay taxes. They won't get away with that in this area. They claim to be thrifty, but they fund their giant family with a reality show, exposing their kids to the limelight at an age when they re too young to know what that means. They claim to be self-sufficient, but their 19th child had a $500K NICU ill, funded by all of the other people paying into their health plan.


Is this real? What a bunch of sick scumbags. There's plenty to hate about the Duggars and religion, but this is just appalling.

Hi pp, where do you get your info? I always thought they declared their home as a church for ax reasons but could never find any "proof".

I'm a bit surprised that they are moving here, but not entirely because the family has been involved in conservative politics for a very long time.

I think they might, stressing might, choose to live in the district.

I know a conservative family that is very involved in politics, mom home schools the school age kids, which is 3 out of the 5, and wait for it, they live in an apartment/condo in the district. I know which building and area they live in, but I don't want to totally out them. I only know the family because our sons play the same sport together. This sounds like a trend to me.

I learned how to do multivariate regression with controls for serial correlation in college. I also learned multivariable calculus and the theory of regulatory capture. These are skills required of people who work for reputable think tanks, like Brookings or the Peterson Institute.
