Only since it's your paid job to watch the kids, I'd say wear a one-piece. It's not like you can never wear another bikini - just when you're hired to watch someone else's kids and are over the age of 18.

Just got back from the Bahamas. 99% of moms wore bikinis, including myself. Only 30% had perfect bodies...not including me. I didn't find them impractical at all. And even though not perfect I somehow look way better in a bikini than a one piece.

You probably know your employer best. I wouldn't care, but if they're super conservative then I guess rethink.

What is not appropriate is walking around in your underwear. I don't care if you are fat, thin, a body builder, or whatever....it is obscene to prance around not wearing any clothes.
