Clearly you want us to ask, so I will. Why?
Not really. Just sent the email and saw this thread. In a nutshell...not interested in Hebrew, don't want to be the first class and there's no playground.
Seriously? So without any options now, what are your plans for school? I assume that when you say first class, this was for a 1st grader.

It'll be interesting to see how they do it next year. Anyone know why Stokes went to online only this year? Was the in person line getting to be a zoo?
I don't know - but the online system failed big time this year. We may try for YY next year, and I am 100% positive we will figure out a way to wait in line.
I think YY won't forgo the in person line. I know it it really tough for a lot of families though.
I definitely planned ahead so that my DH could get there early. Yes he lost a couple hours of sleep and waited out in the cold for 3 hours but today it was all worth it when we got the acceptance email.

Um. No there isn't. There's a small patch of nasty grass next to the church that they're talking about. They were also talking about working with other charters down the street to share a playground, but the little kids would have to walk about 3 blocks and cross Kansas Ave to get there. Those playgrounds aren't much, either.
Not accurate, actually, but what-evs.
