I love galley kitchens. I have a huge McMansion kitchen across which I have to walk for acres to reach anything. It is hugely inefficient, and doesn't manage to actually hold anything more than my (well-designed) previous kitchen that was half its size.

Pretty house, but why is all the furniture blah blah brown/tan??? I hate it when perfectly lovely homes have boring tan furniture. So sad.

A preppy home would be bright with lots of navy, yellow, green and pink. There would be mixtures of patterns....florals, plaids and even toile. And there would be many more paintings and family portraits on the walls (which are currently very bare).

Beautiful Street and nice curb appeal! Unfortunately, the house is small for $2.2 Million - even for this street and neighborhood. The major negatives are unimpressive foyer and staircase, old roof, galley kitchen, small master bedroom, small baths, small living room, and small backyard - lots of patio with no lawn for kids to run around. Also, the 2012 assessment is for $1.3Million, which may be low but not $900,000 low. To me it looks like the price should be somewhere in the vicinity of $1.6M-$1.8M.
