Hershey is often considered one of the best "model" programs for older grades: http://www.hershey-montessori.org/adolescentCommunity.cfm

Montessori High School is newer, but it's also one of the model programs: http://www.montessorihighschool.org/

Around here, a few go to 8th grade. I don't know of any high school programs.

Maria Montessori was beginning to think through a curriculum for high school when she passed away. Her ideas are documented in her works, but a full montessori program was not finalized before her death.
